ViPA Consulting was founded by Peter Lawton. Peter is passionate about helping people to be the architects of change, rather than its victims. He has built his career over many years of extensive, executive and senior management level consulting experience with large consulting companies in Europe and North America.
Working with Mercer Consulting, Coopers and Lybrand Consulting, PricewaterhouseCoopers, PwC and most recently with IBM, he held challenging leadership roles in the areas of quality management, process redesign, organization design and transformation, leadership development, organizational culture change, change management, and executive coaching. With IBM’s Global Business Services, he was the global leader for IBM’s On Demand Organizational Change program. ...
